Compounded medications require a prescription and are not FDA approved and may differ in risks, benefits, and side effects from FDA-approved products. Individuals results may vary. Novo Nordisk, Inc and Eli Lily and Company are the only U.S. manufacturers of FDA-approved semaglutide (Rybelsus®, Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide ( Zepbound®, Mounjaro®), respectively and do not sell  these medications for compounding.
